Please read below for details on our different sub-teams.
We could use the expertise of a Quartermaster to lead the Set-up team and be in charge of all the equipment. If this is of interest, please get in touch.
Activities Team
Led by Johnathan, this team is responsible for the planning and execution of the activities for both the young people and the adults.
If you're a hands on person with a team mentality, this is the team for you.
The activities team is the entry to all volunteers at Camp Charnwood. You will be buddied up with an experienced volunteer to provide a mentor for you and the event.
Catering Team
Led by Janine, this team is responsible for keeping everybody fed and watered.
If you have experience in catering to large audiences or happy to help behind the scenes, this may be the place for you.
Set-up Team
Also Led by Johnathan, this team is responsible for the pitching of 20+ Camp Charnwood tents and Marquees on the Tuesday, along with the taking down of Camp on the Sunday.
If you're physically able but don't have too much time to spare and would love to be part of the magic, then this you'd be a perfect fit for this team.
Donations Team
Led by Chris, this is our smallest team, yet one of the most vital to keeping Camp affordable.
If you have a list on contacts that can help supply Camp with either funds or product/services. We would love to have you onboard.
